Drop 9 Kilos: Day 3

So I've been doing the aforementioned drop 9 kilos quickly diet. Today is the third day that I have been on the diet and as I have my exam coming up I haven't really been doing much exercise lately.

On day one I did a Body Balance class and some abs and stretching exercises and that made me really weak for the rest of the day. The diet mentions that you should do more walking and try to avoid exercise so I put it down to that. You can expect to be hungry on this diet as you are really eating twice per day on on the 7th day you will eat only once per day. However, eating so little has shrunk my stomach and by not eating in the morning, I find it easier to control myself when I eat.

On day two I didn't exercise and stuck to the diet except for dinner. As I live with my boyfriend from time to time it's hard to be on a diet as we are saving money we always share food... its complicated haha...we went for a walk and I felt alright, a little weak and slightly euphoric, which is a symptom in people who restrict themselves. But I know that I won't be starving myself for sure! I did cheat on this day and had some chocolate :(

So today is day three and I won't be weighing myself because I find that weighing yourself and not seeing the results straight away is very discouraging and makes me prone to give up n just eat whatever. I'm extremely tired but still in good spirits. I've noticed that my muffin top is gone from the top of my jeans and when I wear tight singlets its not as bad anymore :) so I'll take it as a sign of early success. I've read some of the comments from the site and some say that that by day 3 they have lost 3 kilos, but I'm in the higher end of the normal BMI so I'm sure that it will be hard for me to lose the weight. Even so I will continue on.

Other bad effects: I pee a lot because most of the diet is drink water or coffee in the morning haha

The reason why I wanted to do this diet is because that people have done this diet and have gotten results from it and also because it says it will change your metabolism


Even though we are talking all the time about healthy diets, and a healthy way of living, we found out this terrific diet that will help you lose 10 kilos (or 20 pounds) in less than 2 weeks.
This diet lasts 13 days, it is a very hard one, but is also really effective. The metabolism change is so profound that the end of the diet you can return to normal diet without further gain weight for 2 years. If you follow the strict regime for 13 days (no more no less), you will lose all the fat accumulated in your tissues.
